Lincs Parkour - March 10th

I got back from skiing on the 24th and was ill for another week after that due to a virus I caught whilst skiing so yesterday was my first jam for about 4 weeks (I missed it so much!!!). Luckily I got back into it pretty fast and it was one of the best training sessions ever.

First we moved to city hall for some training (where Tumo did his first arm jump!!) and I also worked on my climb-ups, which are now much faster than most other peoples :) After this we went down to some scaffolding near the magistrates court and did some strength stuff, lachés, and random things. We then headed down to the garages for some arm jump training, level ones in particular. We worked up by doing the smaller one first which we measured at 8'2, then the second one was 9'3, and we then moved on to the "HMV arm jump" which was over 11 and a half foot! I did the two garage ones and then moved on to the HMV one with everyone else, got up their first and did it within about a minute!! I was really pleased as I got up there a few months ago after Stuart did it and thought "never!" but I did it and did it really cleanly! A huge achievement for me and the other guys that did it (Jim, Jonny and Jamie). After this we went to the church and Jammie worked on his tricking (which is looking great!) and then we finished off at the cathedral for some more tricking and interviews.

The Jam video's at the top of this post...
